Everyone deserves to be fully seen, heard, and held—both by themselves and by others.
One of our greatest lifelong journeys is learning to truly understand and accept who we are, and therapy offers a gentle, collaborative space to guide you through that process of self-discovery.
In our sessions, your unique background and individuality are deeply honored, with room to explore how broader societal forces shape your lived experiences. Every behavior, emotion, and pattern you carry exists for a reason, shaped by how you have navigated the world up until now. Rather than trying to "fix" you, our work together is about gently uncovering these underlying dynamics, without you needing to doubt your responses. I strive to offer a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and multiculturally-focused space where every part of your identity is welcomed without judgment, because all of who you are deserves space to be understood.
About Me
I am a graduate student at Northwestern University studying Mental Health Counseling. I previously worked at The Family Institute mental health clinic.I am a person who genuinely enjoys life. Outside of my work, I love traveling, trying new places to eat, and playing all kinds of sports. I also deeply value the connection between me and everything around me. I cherish my relationships with my friends, my family, this world, and myself. Building deep connections with all things makes me feel warm and truly alive.
