All other plans, including all HMO plans, or Medicaid/Medicare plans are considered “out of network”.

  • If you are looking to use your “out of network” benefits, we can submit your claims and you would be charged your out of network rate for sessions. Call your insurance company and verify what these rates would be, or our billing department can verify these benefits on your behalf.

  • Some clients prefer to keep their mental health services private and separate from their insurance coverage. First session: $190/session; all subsequent sessions are $150/session. This is a cash rate, no insurance rates applied.

  • Sliding scale sessions are available with our counseling clinical intern. Additionally each of our therapists retains one sliding scale client per year.

Clients with no insurance, or plans other than BCBS PPO, such as BCBS HMO, Aetna, Cigna, UHC or Medicaid can take advantage of the sliding scale program for a flat rate of $50/session. If $50/session is not affordable, please contact us and request a hardship application, and your affordable rate will be reviewed and approved.

Our knowledgeable and warm intern, Sydney Russmann, is excited to meet you on your journey to more joy and contentment.
