Canceling and Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule your appointment, as a courtesy, you will receive a 48 hour reminder email to give adequate notice to your therapist. Please email or text your clinician directly. If you need their information please call or text the main line at (630) 480-0060.
Keep in mind: all non-emergency reasons for canceled appointments that are canceled under 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
Insurance plans do NOT cover missed appointment fees.

Questions about the therapy process, or concerns about a clinician you’re working with? Please reach out to our clinical director, Priscilla Dean by emailing her at [email protected] or calling the main line: (630) 480-0060.

You are welcome to contact your therapist outside of your appointment times. You can text or call them and they will talk to you for 10 minutes or less. Anything longer than 10 minutes will be billed for a phone session.
If you’re in need of your therapist’s contact information please call or text our main number: 630-480-0060.
If you are in a medical or mental health emergency outside of office hours, please call emergency services (911).

If you need your therapist to speak with your doctor or child’s doctor, or any other outpatient provider that you feel would be helpful for your therapist to connect with, just ask your therapist to send you a release of information form through the patient portal. You can sign the release via the portal to give us permission to contact your doctor or child’s teacher, etc.

Your therapist is available to have a 10 minute call with your child’s teacher or school administration at no charge. Please ask your therapist to send you the release of information form via the client portal, and coordinate with your therapist to schedule the call.
You can also request an additional session with your child's therapist if more time is needed.
Billing Questions
For questions about billing, insurance or your payment plan please call our billing department at (630) 480-0060 or email [email protected]. You may get our voicemail. We will respond within 1 business day. Our voicemail is HIPAA compliant so please feel free to leave as much detail as you like.
Where to Pay Your Bills
In your client portal you can view and fill out online paperwork, handle billing (pay balance, change credit card on file, etc), and sign release information. For all telehealth clients, you will find your unique video session link in this portal. https://www.therapyportal.com/p/evergreen60187/

When you schedule your very first appointment, you will get a unique link invitation to create a username and password to access your Client Portal. In this portal, you will find a unique video link to your telehealth session.
