The first thing you need to know about me is that I really love supervising and consulting.  Mentoring newer counselors, or just sharing with peers the clinical expertise of what I’ve learned with counselors who committed to their own growth in this field brings me so much joy and satisfaction.

If you’re looking for additional supervision or a professional mentorship relationship, I would love to partner with you. I’ve had over 13 years of experience as a therapist, and I’ve had 5 years experience as an approved clinical supervisor, having obtained the minimum 18hr IL state requirement for LCPCs, as well as additional supervisor training units. I also am a certified Enneagram Teacher, and I’ve completed the 1st Module of Transforming the Experienced Based Brain, a Somatic Experiencing Training course.

  • Treating eating disorders in an outpatient setting

  • Adolescent clients + parent coaching

  • Basics of outpatient clinical care 

  • Case conceptualization using a systemic, trauma-informed lens

  • Using the Enneagram + Self of the Therapist

  • Identifying clinical blindspots and countertransference

  • Incorporating trauma sensitive, somatic awareness in the therapy session

  • LSW (All LSW’s must retain their own legally liable supervisor)
